Protocol Education is looking for a passionate, dependable and creative individual who has a love for education and children. This is an opportunity to take on a teaching assistant role within a 'GOOD' school in Lewisham and work for a brilliant and supportive Leadership Team.

As a Teaching Assistant you could be placed in various year groups, depending on where the need is and your experience and academic prowess takes you. You will hold responsibility for carrying out boosters and interventions to help raise attainment of targeted children - this could focus on Reading, Writing, Phonics and/or Maths.

Job Description
• Teaching Assistant working with Early Years, Key Stage 1 or 2 (children aged 4-11
• Working with a range of abilities to support the class teacher in and out of the classroom
• Perfect for aspiring teachers looking to secure a Schools Direct or PGCE placement
• Full time, Term-time only

Person Specification
• Graduate interested in education and teaching
• Knowledge and experience working with children within the UK curriculum preferred but not essential
• Enthusiastic, intelligent, and passionate
• 1st Class or 2:1 degree ideal
• Strong academic background including A-levels and GCSE's
• Commitment for the entire academic year to July 19
