We need phonics specialists within the Hackney area. Phonics is a vital part of learning for pupils, so we need people who specialise in this area to support the teacher with phonics. You could be working with groups or on a 1 to 1 basis to raise children's reading and writing skills. The most common phonics used in Read Write Inc but if you have experience with a different programme you will be able to apply this is multiple phonics programmes. You must meet the following:
-Phonics experience within a School/Nursery
-Knowledge of the curriculum
-Understand the importance of phonics and the affect it has
-Achieved at least a Grade C in GCSE Maths & English
You will be working within school based in Hackney on a long-term basis and a day to day supply basis. We want people who want to do both or one or the other. You should be willing to travel in Hackney.
Successful candidates will benefit from:

-Work daily
-Continuous support through interviews and trial days
