I am working with a Primary School in Hemel Hempstead who are looking to appoint an HLTA or an experienced Teaching Assistant with the aspirations to become an HLTA. The role will be primarily based in Key Stage 2 with the successful applicant taking on the role of TA alongside the teacher and also use their skills to plan and deliver lessons under direct supervision of the class teacher including weekly PPA cover.
The successful candidate will be reliable, enthusiastic and committed to children's learning. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to use your own initiative, have excellent behaviour management skills and a flexible approach to their work.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
