Protocol Education are currently looking for someone with vision to fulfil this exciting and challenging role.
Our school based in North West London consists of 3 sites, Hutton Grove in N12, Southgate in N14 and Kingsbury in NW9 and an outreach service, we provide education for students with autism, social, emotional, behavioural and learning difficulties or those at risk of exclusion. The outreach service provides tailored one-to-one and group tuition in school or at home commissioned by schools or local authorities.
They wish to appoint a suitably qualified, hardworking, enthusiastic and successful leader with experience of managing provision for vulnerable youngsters either within or outside schools. The successful candidate will have QTS and ideally leadership experience with a clear understanding of safeguarding procedures. The role will predominantly involve Leading the provision and overseeing academic provision for vulnerable students, whilst liaising with colleagues within their partnership, as well as with LAs, other schools and parents.
You should have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of monitoring progress through use of data and assessment information and good managerial and organisational skills. You will have an excellent understanding of how to design bespoke packages for children with a variety of SEND. The successful post holder must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with children, staff and parents. You will have an excellent understanding of how to demonstrate the impact of your work and the work of your team.
Salary £40,000-46,000 depending on experience
