Protocol Education is currently recruiting for a school administrator with various responsibilities to work in a North Bristol Primary School on a long term basis. The school is rated outstanding by Oftsed and consists of a large, friendly staff team. The role would begin ASAP and continue on an ongoing basis.

Your duties will include;
- Dealing with correspondence in and out of the school
- Booking appointments and meetings for the senior leadership team
- Updating school systems as and when required
- Assisting visitors to the school
- Assisting with the school website and school blog
- Helping with supervision over lunch periods
- Dealing with safeguarding admin


The ideal candidate will have:
•Previous experience of administration work, ideally in a school, university, college or similar education establishment
•Excellent telephone manner
•Good PC and admin skills
•An ability to prioritise your work and take initiative
•SIMS experience
•Availability to undertake temporary work and start ASAP

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
