Do you want to take the step into education but you're not sure how, or not sure if you wish to commit to a degree until you have had the school experience?

We have strong, trusting relationships with our schools across Hartlepool, with many of our cover supervisors accepting long term roles or going on to teacher training.

You should really have the willing to encourage the students and help them within lessons, you will be interested in the education system and a secondary school environment. You will be a professional individual able to communicate exceptionally well with both staff and students. You will be a trusting and honest individual with great organisational and time management skills.

You must have:
• Strong behaviour management
• Interest in the current educational system
• Aspiration to inspire our next generation
• A great classroom presence
• Excellent communication skills
• Great organisational skills

You will also need to have a current DBS check on the update system or be willing to complete one.
