What would you new role be?

As nursery bank staff you will be expected to support the early years setting that we so closely work with within your area. The settings can vary from private day nursery settings, children's centres, charity run, church run nursery and pre-school settings. All settings are very different, we would be asking you to work with children aged between 5 months and 5 years, nurturing and preparing children for school, allowing them to be mini adults, supporting their learning day to day and ensuring that they are cared for in a safe environment.

What will be needed of you to qualify for this role?
-Level 2 or 3 qualifications (or the equivalent) would be a bonus HOWEVER, UNQUALIFIED WOULD BE FANTASTIC ALSO
-Experience of working in Early years would be desirable
-Desire to work with children
-Compassion and empathy
-Reliable and adaptable
-Expected to be hands on approach is necessary, a can-do attitude and use of initiative

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
