A large upper school and sixth form in the north west of Leicester are currently looking to recruit a History Teacher to join them in January 2020 for a full time position. This is an exciting opportunity for a someone who is looking for a new challenge. You must have QTS and with experience working within Secondary schools or Colleges.
You will be responsible for educating upper school and sixth form students with academic lessons in social studies, historiography and human history. You will need to help pupils for life after school by fostering critical thinking, problem-solving and an awareness of how historical events have shaped today's social and political climate.
