Behaviour Support Worker

Protocol Education are currently working with primary schools in the Bradford area, looking for behaviour support assistants to work with children aged 4-11 years.

In this instance, experience in either a Primary or Secondary school setting is preferable as some of the schools you would be working in have a history of particularly challenging behaviour.

Other relevant experience could be

Sports Coaching
Youth support
Musical or Drama productions

A Behaviour Mentor is a role that is designed to help pupils with behavioural problems acheive their full potential and work towards closing the gap. If you are passionate about making a difference then this is the role for you!

The ideal candidate will have -

Previous experinence working as a behaviour support worker
Experience working in a school setting
Strong behaviour management
Ability to work 1-1 or with small groups on specific programmes if required
Dedication, motivation and will want to make a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
