Maths Teacher - North Yorkshire & Leeds - Secondary Schools

Are you a newly qualified or experienced Maths teacher?

We have great honest relationships with well supported mainstream secondary schools in North Yorkshire and Leeds. Our schools need dedicated Maths teachers who really see the potential of their students. We have two vacancies with two separate schools for long term roles.

Immediate start.
Temporary contract - potential to become permanent.
Must have experience as a Maths teacher in a Secondary school, be able to provide two teaching related professional references and have proven results of raising

We are looking for professional individuals who are really looking to make a difference. You will be passionate about helping students progress and you must have fantastic behaviour management and a solid understanding of the current Maths curriculum throughout KS3-5. We have excellent relationships with our schools who really support our teachers and are often recruited by the schools into permanent roles.

Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour
• Adapt teaching style for individual needs
• Plan if expected to (time will be given)
• Encourage growth mindset of learners
• Adhere to the school's marking policy
• Excellent time management skills
• Must have a DBS on the update service (Or be willing to get one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
