Our special needs branch based in the bustling area of Kingston Upon Thames is seeking a recruitment consultant to join their ever-growing team. We are a busy team who would like someone on a long term basis who wants to make a real career in recruitment.
 
Job Description
We cover SEND educational recruitment in a thriving sector with uncapped commission and a steady career growth with one of the largest recruiters within education. You will start on a warm desk with plenty of training and advice available through your journey with Protocol Education. We have a well established team currently and are seeking someone who has experience within recruitment from any industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior consultant who wants the opportunity to eventually managing a team.

Role
Our recruitment consultants match top-quality candidates to a wide range of education roles. This particular position has a special focus on Special Education Needs Schools and you will be working as part of a successful team in a fast, competitive and social environment, where there is a lot of support in place to help you succeed. Education Recruitment is an exciting, dynamic and complex sales role and you will not only be sourcing potential candidates and managing the process but also be in charge of developing your business.

Responsibilities
As one of our consultants, you will need to provide a high level of customer service while excelling at influencing and negotiating. We're always busy, so you'll need to work quickly and collaborate well with colleagues, especially during our exciting and fast-paced booking sessions. This particular position has a special focus on special needs schools and you will be working as part of a team in a fast, competitive and social environment, where there is a lot of support in place to help you succeed. This is 360 role which means you will need to find suitable staff for your schools and liaise with them on a daily basis.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
