An GOOD' school in the West London borough of Hillingdon are looking for an experienced practitioner or someone with transferable skills and experience, who is able to offer specialist one to one support for children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) ensuring they are able to thrive in mainstream education.

You will be working one to one with a child in KS2 who has Pathological who can display challenging behaviours as part of the autism spectrum, but also due to some SEMH needs that the child has. We are looking for people who have a real passion for working with children and who come equipped with strategies to positively manage challenging behaviours in a sensitive, and caring way.

Any experience with this particular condition would be an advantage or at least an understanding of working with children or young adults with similar challenges.

The school has a profound understanding of the importance of specialist support, and its practical implications for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and their welfare. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
