Recruitment Consultant Warm Desk

Are you a recruitment consultant seeking your next challenge or perhaps you are a sales professional seeking an opportunity to reap greater rewards for your efforts.
I am seeking a confident individual to join our team of experienced consultants to manage a warm desk with existing clients and a large opportunity expand in your own market.
We are a nationwide company offering a lot of opportunity to further your career and development paths are clearly set out and supported. You will be based in our Bristol branch in central offices close to parking and shopping and transport routes.
The role
-Servicing existing clients account warm desk
-Business development with existing customers that need more attention cold calling
-Sourcing candidates and actively marketing them into suitable positions
The Candidate
-Will have some Sales or Recruitment experience
-Will be confident in their ability to communicate across all levels
-Will be able to demonstrate their resilience in a completive market
-Contract experience would be advantageous but not essential
