We are working with primary schools in Camden looking for Special Needs Teaching Assistants to work one to one with pupils with additional learning needs. You will work one to one with pupils who may have social and emotional needs, challenging behaviour, speech and language issues, or other learning barriers. You will support them in the classroom, and outside where needed, work closely with the SEN Lead in the school, as well as the child's parents and teachers.

Successful applicants will;
- Have previous experience working with children with SEN in some capacity
- School experience as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant is preferential but not essential
- Be passionate and dedicated to helping those with additional learning needs
- Have excellent communication skills, patience and confidence
- Training in communication and learning techniques would be advantageous, such as ABA, PECS and Makaton, Team Teach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
