A specilialist school are currently recruiting teaching assistants as well as candidates from care backgrounds to work in a specialist environment. A part of the role, you will be required to work with learners with special needs, developing speech & language, numeracy and literacy skills. In addition, you will be helping to develop life and social skills that will encourage learners to be come more confident in a non education environment.

The Role:
- Long-term placement
- Working Monday to Thursday
- Assisting pupils with daily tasks and activities
- Working in a small classroom of 6-8 pupils
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- A passion for working in SEN
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, and individually
