Business Teacher - Further Education - North Yorkshire

We are looking for a Business Studies Teacher to teach mainly year 12 and 13 students. This is to work at a very good 11-19 secondary school based in the North Yorkshire region and is to start asap.
The post is to start asap with expectations of continuing for the rest of the academic year through to Summer. The school have excellent academic attainment with many their students attaining exceptional GCSE and A Level results. The school welcome staff members with open arms and our teaching staff who work in this school always have excellent rapport with the staff and students. The school's ideal candidate is a strong educator who can teach year 12 and 13 with confidence. You must therefore have excellent subject knowledge and it would be an advantage if you have the experience of teaching BTEC Business Studies. There will also be a handful of year 10 lessons throughout the two-week timetable.
This is an amazing opportunity for the right teacher as you have the chance to really get to know your students, there are less than 10 students in the Year 12 class and again with the Year 13 class. Your responsibility is to uphold the strongest of safeguarding awareness along with truly inspiring these students within your specialist subject of Business Studies. The role is based in North Yorkshire and the school is not close to a train station. This therefore may not be ideal if you do not drive.

Requirements:
•Qualified Teacher
•Business Studies teaching experience
•Up to date with the curriculum
•Excellent communication skills
•Proven experience of raising attainment
•Current DBS on the update service
•Recent references from a school
•Overseas Police Check Completed
•Access to a vehicle North Yorkshire School not near a train station
