Are you an English or Maths Graduate who is considering a career in education?
Do you want to gain hands on classroom experience before completing your teaching training?
Protocol are currently working with an OFSTED rated Good' school in Tower Hamlets who are looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join their team. The school are open to supporting the successful applicant through their teacher training upon the completion of a year as a teaching assistant.
The ideal candidate will have a first class or 2:1 degree in English or a degree closely associated with English.
Your role will be to support students in English across the school. You will be running small intervention sessions to help raise attainment in English. You will also support students more generally. As part of your role you will be working closely with students with SEND.
Successful applicants will also have access to an online course designed to help graduates who are looking to become teachers in future. The six modules incorporate different aspects of school life and what to expect.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
