Protocol Education is seeking committed, reliable, passionate, proactive Learning Support Assistants in the Croydon and Sutton area to work in our Special needs school from January 2020.

Our school endeavour to meet the various and individual needs of their pupils who have special education needs and disabilities (SEND) such as, autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), speech and language, and complex needs. We are currently in need for staff who are looking for either flexiable or full time permenant to roles.

We are looking for people that are passionate and caring about working with students with special educational needs.

As part of the role, you will be required to enable learners who have learning difficulties and learning disabilities to develop numeracy, literacy and life skills such as gardening, cooking, washing and shopping. Although experience is important, it is not a necessity. If successful, you will be required to support the teacher in class, work in small groups and one-to-one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
