A special needs secondary school based in Twickenham are currently looking for a learning support assistant (LSA) with experience supporting students from KS3 to KS4 with Autism (ASD). This school has 3 classes in total, and each class supports on average 4-6 students. The school likes their staff to work closely with the students in either small groups or 1:1 so that they can gain a better understanding of the needs and abilities of the students. This is a great opportunity for anyone that has previously worked with ASD students and is looking for a change of environment.

We are looking for talented TA's and LSA's that are interested and passionate in working within the special educational needs and disabilities sector (SEND). Due to the nature of the environment it is essential that you can demonstrate a resilient and caring attitude. Special needs experience is not essential as the school are happy to consider staff with a lot of mainstream experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
