Protocol Education are working on behalf of a special educational needs setting looking for a HLTA to join them on a 12 month contract. The setting works with Looked-after Children' who need specialist care, throughout England and Ireland.
The small independent school in Salisbury rated GOOD' by Ofsted. The school offers specialist education provision for young people with complex SEMH.
The Role:
Working alongside the Teacher in Charge you will support with learning activities, help plan lessons, prepare teaching materials and resources. You will give clear and effective teaching to secure pupil progress whilst assessing the development, progress and attainment of pupils. You're also contribute to an integrated model of care and school development plan, whist supporting the pupils, recognising and responding to their individual needs.
