Protocol Education are currently searching for an experienced Behavioural Specialist to work as a youth mentor in one of our leading special needs schools based in the heart of Reigate, Surrey.

The school is currently mass recruiting motivated, enthusiastic and determined individuals to join their highly successful team.

You must have previous experience of working with special needs individuals. Experience of working as a care worker, residential worker, health care assistant, nursery assistant, or teaching assistant, are all acceptable!

The role will involve you working mainly, on an 1:1 basis with a SEN pupil, and you will also be given time to work with all 5-6 pupils on a small group basis.

The role will be during term times, 5 days a week, from Monday-Friday, during the hours of 8:30am, to 3:30pm.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you already have experience in working with pupils with challenging behaviour and want to broaden your experience to a Primary or Secondary school level.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
