Calling all Aspiring Teachers (PE11202096)

Location
Croydon, England
Sector
Education & Training
Salary
£60.00 to £70.00 per day

We are currently working with a highly established multi academy special needs trust, based in Croydon, for Primary and Secondary aged students with Social, Emotional, and Attachment Difficulties, Challenging Behaviour and Complex Needs. Nearly all the children were previously unable to succeed at their previous schools, so they need consistent nurturing.

The school takes pride in ensuring that consistency is key when it comes to supporting the children, as due to their needs, they can build an attachment to the staff members, so the ideal candidate should be reliable and supportive, with extensive special needs experience.

You will be provided with an incredibly high volume of training and support, as the school has more staff members than students. You will be expected to provide a lot of 1:1 guidance and mentoring for the children, as well as working in classrooms of up to 5 children.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you are an aspiring teacher as the school have several roles available, and they have an exceeding progression rate for their staff members. They offer training and programmes for future teachers, as well as being able to offer valuable experience at one of the highest-rated special needs establishments in London.

If you are looking for a new, rewarding, yet challenging opportunity, apply today. Simply email your CV to saniya.saleem@protocol-education.com. The Head Teacher is looking to interview candidates immediately so all successful candidates will be contacted within 3-5 working days.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see protocol-education.com/FAQs for further details.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
