Gifted and Talented Lead Teacher, Maths or English

Job Description: Protocol Education are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic teacher for gifted and talented teaching job in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. The candidate will need to have experience of working with gifted and talented students and will also need to have experience teaching maths or English. The successful applicant will be working at a school that challenges their students to be the best they can, they wish to make their curriculum rich and exciting for all students to prepare them for later life.

Role and Responsibilities:
-Deliver a high standard of teaching to Key stages 4-5
-Maintaining lesson planning and preparation
-Checking and assessing schoolwork
-Attending all staff meetings
-Liaising with parents when needed
-Monitoring extracurricular activities
-Maintaining personal professional development

Qualifications needed:
-Qualified teacher status or overseas equivalent
