Secondary School Teacher of Religious Studies

Job Description: Protocol Education are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic teacher of Religious Studies in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. The candidate will need to have experience of teaching religious studies from key stage three to key stage four, experience of working with students at key stage five would preferable. The successful applicant will be working at a dynamic school which offers exceptional education to their students, they aspire to help students not only with their education but also with their wider lives.

Role and Responsibilities:
-Deliver a high standard of teaching to Key stages 4-5
-Maintaining lesson planning and preparation
-Checking and assessing schoolwork
-Attending all staff meetings
-Liaising with parents when needed
-Monitoring extracurricular activities
-Maintaining personal professional development

Qualifications needed:
-Qualified teacher status or overseas equivalent
