Protocol Education are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced teaching assistants to work with a lovely school in Dudley. This is a great opportunity as there is potential of the placement being extended into the new year depending on performance.

You will be working with students of all ages with SEN such as Autism, SEMH and challenging behaviour. The school are looking for a teaching assistant/LSA's to work 1:1 with students as well as with small groups hence being able to demonstrate both a caring and professional attitude is important. Prior experience working with students with special educational needs is desirable.

The school are looking for individuals that are:

• Passionate about working in education
• Experienced working with children with Autism, SEMH and challenging behaviours.
• Able to adapt and adjust to work in a challenging setting
• Committed to implementing the schools ethos and values
• Individuals to commit from 8:15-4:00pm 5 days a week

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
