My client is looking for a flexible SEN learning support assistant within the Uxbridge area to start ASAP.

You will be working alongside students ages 16+ to develop life and work skills for life after college. An inspiring, educational, creative and individualised learning environment offering a range of exciting vocational programmes, from animal care, catering digital media and many more.

About the role:
-Immediate start with flexibility to work 5 days a week.
-Working hours between 8.30-4.00pm.
-Train station less than15 min away.
-Free On-Site Parking
-Working on a long-term basis.
-Daily rate between £60-£75.

Specific duties:
-Strong team player.
-Recognise and celebrate talents.
-Provide confidence to individual SEN students in preparation to life after college.
-Plan lessons and tasks as well as monitoring individual progression.
-Working under instruction of the class teacher.
-Manage pupils individually as well as on a 1:1 basis.

Requirements:
-Good knowledge in special needs.
-Be ale to work flexibly.
-Experience in mentoring, teaching, carer for those who have challenging behaviour or complex learning difficulties.
-Always looking to learn and constantly improve.
-Be able to provide a valid DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
-Be able to provide 2 references from most recent employers.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
