Male PE Teachers - South Manchester

Are you a recently graduated male PE teacher and have not yet secured your first teaching role? Are you not wanting to take on the responsibilities of a year long role, or are you simply looking to take a break from a permanent teaching role to have more flexibility?

At Protocol Education we have great trusting relationships with our schools, who have been recruiting teachers through us for years, to provide them with exceptional staff. Often our teachers are appointed by schools permanently.

I am currently recruiting qualified male PE Teachers who are strong individuals able to control a challenging class for short term, long term and permanent positions across South Manchester. You will bring a strong presence to the PE department with your own ideas to help shape the curriculum.

You tell us what you want - whether that be to start working day-to-day to ensure you gain experience in a variety of schools, or you may wish to find a long-term role for a term. We have positions to fit your circumstances and with supply work be that short term or long term you can have your holidays when you want them!

In return you will be a strong character happy to teach KS3-KS5, in teaching because it really is your passion to inspire and have great references from your placements or previous teaching roles. You will have a bank of resources and be able to plan and differentiate excellent PE lessons when needed.

We are looking for:
• Qualified PE Teacher with QTS/QTLS
• Recent teaching experience with the current curriculum
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Ability to build a strong, professional rapport with both students and staff
• Dedicated to making a difference to students' learning
• Full understanding of safeguarding procedures
• Up to date DBS check or be willing to complete one
• Able to provide recent professional references
