The transformation of King's Cross is one of the largest, most significant urban regeneration projects in the UK. At its heart is a modern 2 form entry Primary School who is seeking a flexible and passionate Qualified Nursery Nurse. The school is a modern building with large, bright classrooms.

The School has an Early Years provision that welcomes children from the age of 2 years old, the successful candidate will be required to work across the Nursery classes and Reception. The SLT and school governors are very supportive, they have a real passion for their staffs personal development and offer a number of internal and external training programmes. The successful candidate would also be expected to cover shifts for the after school club which finishes at 6pm.

You must;
•Have a Level 3 EYFS qualification or equivalent
•Have excellent knowledge of the Early Years Curriculum
•Experience observing and keeping journal of key children
•Hard-working and flexible
•Excellent team work
•High regard to inclusion
•Great communication skills with colleagues, children and parents/guardians

Please note. We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
