My client is looking for a hardworking, dedicated teaching assistant to work in one of our vibrant and welcoming SEN schools in Slough providing support to pupils from early years through to 25 and beyond.

Our excellent clients aim is to provide a caring, safe and happy environment for everyone and would like the ideal candidate to support children to achieve their full potential irrespective of personal learning needs.

About the role:
-Daily rate between £60-£75
-Working hours of 8.30-16.00pm for 5 days a week.
-Long term contract till end of academic year.
-Be able to provide positive educational experiences for each pupil.
-Plenty of on-site parking and quick, easy transport links nearby.

Specific duties:
-Engaging with SEN pupils and helping them develop their skills.
-Planning and preparing engaging and interactive lessons.
-Reporting and evaluation individual student progression.
-Working alongside a wide range of SEN professionals, carers and social workers frequently.
-Good behaviour management of the classroom.

Requirements:
-Strong team player with relevant experience of working in a childcare/support working setting.
-Good knowledge of severe learning difficulties.
-Great team player.
-Ability to work both individually as well as part of a team.
-Flexible in a challenging scenery.
-Passionate about working in SEN and confidence in providing students to work at their full potential.
-Be able to provide a valid DBS or on the update system.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
