EBD/ SEMH LSA - Harrow. Parking available at school site.

Protocol Education are currently working with a Pupil Referral Unit in Harrow who are looking for an LSA specialising in EBD/SEMH. The position will be based within the Key Stage 3 & 4 section of the unit in a small class supporting students with Emotional & Behavioural Disorders and Social, Emotional & Mental Health problems.

My client is looking for an LSA with a strong personality and confident to deal with students who have suffered from social and emotional issues, as well as mental trauma and behavioural difficulties. and can provide a consistent approach to working with their students.

If you're someone who can take an objective approach to dealing with challenging behaviour, exercise patience and has experience with dealing with challenging behaviour then this role will be ideal for you.

To be eligible to apply for this position, you must have experience working with children with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties. You will be available to start ASAP and be able to work full school hours 5 days per week

*Enhanced DBS required. This MUST be on the UPDATE SERVICE if not done through ourselves. You will have to apply for a new one for a new one.
