Our client is confident in ensuring they provide high quality teaching and learning supported by a range of psychological and therapeutic services to contribute to this. The SEN school based in Ealing with children between ages 4-11 with Autism and challenging behaviour.

Every child and their parents/carers and committed to work together to secure very good progress since their starting point academically and socially, therefore is it important to keep a close relationship with pupils and their family.

About the role:
-Daily rate between £60-£75
-Working hours of 8.30-16.00pm for 5 days a week.
-Long term contract till end of academic year.
-Plenty of on-site parking and quick, easy transport links nearby.
-Immediate start and weekly pay.

Specific duties:
-Working with individuals as well as groups of pupils.
-High use of Makaton with training on how to use this.
-Planning and preparing engaging and interactive lessons.
-Liaising with teaching support services, educational psychologists, speech and language specialists and social services.
-Dealing with personal care.

Requirements:
-Strong team player with relevant experience of working in a childcare/support working setting.
-Warm, friendly, proactive approach to work.
-Flexible in a challenging scenery.
-Passionate about working in SEN and confidence in providing students to work at their full potential.
-Be able to provide a valid DBS or on the update system.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
