A 'GOOD' Primary school close to West Drayton are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join them on a temp to perm contract from January.

Initially for two terms there is the opportunity for a permanent contract next September for the right person. They position is Monday-Friday 8:30-4 however 4 days a week may be an option.

The school has a fantastic behaviour policy based on mutual respect and an emphasis on positive behaviour management. They are a warm and welcoming school and the Senior Leadership along with all the staff go out of their way to create a happy and caring environment for the staff and children alike.

Working as a Learning Support Assistant you will be encouraging children within a year 4 class to display a positive attitude to work and a high standard of behaviour, you will be working with groups of children as well as supporting the class as a whole.

You will have a can do attitude and ideally some experience, whether through work or extra curricular activities of working with children or young people with either Special Educational Needs and disabilities or children who may have challenges to learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
