My client: a central based Nursery School is looking for a full time (37 hours per week) Qualified Practitioner to work within their setting;

They are looking for practitioners who;

-Have energy and passion for young children and their families with a commitment to working with them to improve better outcomes for children and families
-Are always ready for a challenge, happy to come across obstacles and use their own initiative to overcome them
-Ability to build respectful relationships with children, families the team and community, doing this through interpersonal skills
-The power of an inquisitive mind and be someone who enjoys learning something new everyday
-Customise play, incorporate in children's imagination being adaptable to different levels of play, whether this being a pirate in a pool of water / a badger running through the sand. You must be able to adapt your level of play to be involved with the children's own idea of FUN!
-Take responsibility
-Take ownership
-BE PASSIONATE


Qualified Practitioners must have:
• Level 3 Qualification (NNEB, CACHE or NVQ).
• Experience working or in placement with children, ideally in an Early Years setting (Nursery, Pre-School, Children's Centre, Reception class)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
