Protocol Education are seeking committed, reliable, passionate, proactive Teaching Assistants within Shropshire.

We are looking for people that are passionate about working with students with special educational needs in a mainstream setting. Even though experience is important, but not a must. If successful, you will be required to support the teacher in class, work in small groups, work one-to-one and build relationships with one another.

You must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 relevent qualification.

Main Duties:
• Manage challenging behaviors
• Assist the teacher and feed-back where required
• Engaging students throughout
• Helping within the classroom
• Working with the teacher to assess pupils' levels and ability
• Ensuring the schools ethos and policies are being implemented
• Liaising with parents and carers

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
