Have you had experience offering Booster classes / interventions? If so then we have a great opportunity for a passionate, meticulous and committed teaching assistant to work for a school whose ethos is to provide a supportive and challenging learning environment to give all children the opportunity to develop. We are looking for exceptional classroom practitioners, who are devoted about engaging with pupils and ensuring they progress to the best of their abilities.

The successful applicant will have the required skills and experience to work for this excellent school that promotes high standards of achievements across all key stages and know the curriculum inside out.
A specialist teaching assistant will need the following experience and skills

-Outstanding communication skills with the ability to use initiative and work well under pressure.
-Have experience working with children with challenging behaviour.
-Be able to differentiate work to support needs of children.
-Ambitious to support and extend the learning opportunities for all our pupils.
-Show perseverance and maintain a can do' attitude and aspire to achieve goals.
-Value the diversity of people's circumstances and backgrounds.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
