Are you a Teaching Assistant wanting to become an Autism specialist?
Do you want to make the ordinary possible for children and young people with Autism?
Protocol -Education is looking for Teaching assistant with passion for working with children and young people, aged 5 to 16 years old to work with those who may have received all manner of set-backs in and outside of education.
Come and join us and become an expert in delivering our ambitious approach. It is our model of education practice, developed over years of direct work with autistic children and young people. The roles we are recruiting for cater for students with severe complex needs such as autistic spectrum Condition (ASC) and additional needs.

Anyone with experience working with these needs would be very significant but, it is not a must. We look after students aged 5 to 16 and this role will give you the opportunity to develop the following skills:

•Encourage good behaviour and integrate within the community.

Successful Candidates Must Have:

•Past relevant experience of working in a childcare/ support working setting.
•A passion for working in SEN
•The ability to work effectively as part of a team, and individually.
•A valid DBS or on the update system

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
