Cover Supervisor roles available - Reflexive pay - Borough-specific work

Are you an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor looking for work on a day to day basis with the potential to lead to a long-term position? Are you looking for flexible work and confident in managing classroom behaviour and engaging children? Or are you looking to become a qualified teacher and would like to gain some experience managing a classroom? Then look no further! Protocol Education are recruiting for Cover Supervisors, we are extremely busy and are always in need of supply staff to keep up with the demand. We expect the demand to increase in the commencing term, so we need you!

As a Cover Supervisor you will be expected to deliver the work set by the teacher or department. You will not be tasked with the responsibilities of a teacher you are simply to present as an authority figure and ensure the pupils are completing the tasks set. You will need to have a calm and positive approach and the ability to effectively manage the behaviour levels of the classroom.

We are looking for Supervisors who are happy working in the following London boroughs;
• Slough
• Hounslow
• Hillingdon

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
