Protocol Education are currently seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to work with one of our Secondary Schools in Hartlepool.
The School - An ambitious Secondary School undergoing a huge upgrade is the hub of the local community in Hartlepool. The school is a very well organised and managed unit with processes and methods to enable the correct candidate to make a smooth transition in to life there.
The Candidate - Ideally, we are looking for a motivated individual with a drive to improve student awareness and make learning fun. You will have to be patient and attentive to detail due to the mixed ability classes and educational needs of the students. You will be passionate about both your own development and the learning and progress of the students.
If you are a strong believer in motivating and educating students to bring out the best in their ability and education, we want to hear from you.

• A Personable, friendly, caring but professional manor
• Excellent communication skills
• Be Energetic, Motivated and Flexible on times and/or location
• Be motivated by the education of young students
• Ideally have some experience in a classroom environment
• Be educated to a GCSE standard and knowledgeable on core learning subjects
• Be able to demonstrate an understanding of ICT systems (including SIMS)
• A basic understanding of Interactive Whiteboards
