Education Recruitment Consultant Leeds

Protocol Education Leeds currently hold a vacancy for a recruitment consultant, to join their expanding Secondary Education team.

Ideally this person will have experience of at least one of the below:
• A minimum of 1 year's sales/recruitment employment
• Previous employment within the education sector
• Relevant qualifications within education i.e. Post Graduate, Degree within Education, Core Subject

The key role as a recruitment consultant within Protocol is to successfully match specialist candidates to a wide range of education roles. At present there is huge growth within schools & education specialists. Within this role you will be required to retain existing client relations while building new relationships with local schools, along with building and growing a quality pool of candidates in your area specific to working within school settings.

This role would be full time and on a permanent basis. You must hold a driving licence and have access to a car on a weekly basis in order to partake in client meetings. Working hours are based on a two-weekly rotating rota, with the hours of 7am - 4.15pm & 9.15am - 6.30pm (apart from a Friday when it is 5.30pm!). All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
