Protocol Education are currently working with an OFSTED rated Good' school in the Borough of Newham who are seeking exceptional teachers to start ASAP.
Due to an internal promotion, the school is now looking to appoint a Year 2 Teacher on a long-term basis. The school is extremely diverse and vibrant. In order to maximise student progress, the school practices thematic learning in all year groups. They are looking to appoint a teacher with an inspirational personality who can add creativity and ingenuity to their lessons.
The Senior Leadership Team were marked Outstanding' in their most recent inspection. The headteacher's door is always open for those teachers who would like to share ideas or for those who may be struggling with certain issues. The school is looking to continuously improve and support every member of staff achieve their full potential. The school is always looking to promote from within and any successful applicant can expect a clear pathway to reach their goals.
Any applicant would be expected to have an extremely strong knowledge of the Year 2 SAT's curriculum. The school prides itself on exceeding the national average for both Year 2 and Year 6 SAT's and would expect these high expectations to be met or exceeded.
Based a short walk from the nearest tube station and with several bus routes, the school is perfectly located for those using public transport. The school also has a car park for those who drive.
This position is suitable for exceptional NQT's and experienced teachers. TLR is also available for suitable candidates.
Essential requirements:
•Qualified Teaching Status
•Successful class teaching experience
•A strong knowledge of the UK curriculum with a focus on the year 2 SAT's curriculum
•A commitment to ongoing personal development
