Protocol Education, working in partnership with a good with outstanding features, partially selective academy, is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and innovative English teacher who is committed to raising standards and expectations. The successful candidate should be ambitious, possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to inspire, they should be creative, energetic and an excellent classroom practitioner. The ability to offer Film at KS3 would be most welcome. This English teaching position is a full-timerole from January 2020.
This school achieved significant improvement in student achievement at all key stages and recognised by Ofsted as good with outstanding features (October 2017). The school was expanded in September 2018 to take an additional form of entry each year. To be considered for this English teaching job in Rickmansworth, Herts, you will need to;
  • be UK trained or have experience teaching in the UK
  • possess excellent teaching skills and an ability to lead classes with pace and sufficient challenge
  • can teach across the age and ability level at KS3 and KS4
  • have the charisma, enthusiasm and personality to motivate students
  • have high expectations of pupils and themselves
  • be committed to planning and delivering an exciting interactive curriculum

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
