Protocol Education is looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Worker to work 1-1 with a child in KS1 who has behavioural difficulties, in a mainstream primary school based in Sandwell. The position is long term until the end of the school year.

A background in Community and Care, Sports or if you have been a Youth Worker or Learning Mentor is desirable for this role. You will need to be flexible, have plenty of enthusiasm, motivation, good communication skills and the ability to work 1-1 or with small groups on specific programmes if required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
