Protocol Education is seeking to appoint a Year 2 Teacher / Key stage One / KS1 Teacher to join our successful teaching team and to work in a primary school in South Sheffield. This is a full time temporary (maternity cover) position starting in February 2020.

The desired Key stage One / KS1 Teacher will be working in a Year 2 class delivering creative lessons which engage and encourage. Staff are well regarded, producing excellent results and are supported by a strong SLT.

The primary school, based in South Sheffield, boasts a semi-rural setting with access to a lovely outside space. The school has a Christian Ethos and has strong connections to the local Church and greater community.
They pride themselves on their provision of good and outstanding practitioners to fantastic settings in the area. Protocol Education are looking to hear from passionate and determined Educational professionals who are looking to share their skills and expertise in settings in South Sheffield.

Requirements
To be considered for the Year 2 Teacher / Key stage One / KS1 Teacher, you will:
• Be a qualified Teacher and hold QTS
• Applicant must hold current experience within the last two years to qualify
• Be flexible, resilient and the ability to think on their feet
• Have experience teaching the primary curriculum at Key Stage One level
• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons
• Hold a current enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to undergo one through Protocol Education and have it registered on the Update Service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
