About the Role - SEN Teaching Assistants
I am looking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant with the confidence and patience to work in a Primary school based in Redcar and Cleveland with children facing difficulties and falling behind due to social and emotional mental health needs. This role would be for those who take pride in helping and supporting children with a range of SENd needs such as ADHD/ASD, Dyslexia and SEMH.
The role is Monday to friday 8:30am until 3:30pm and will commence February 2020 until July with the potential to lead to permanent contract.
We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers and as such a DBS is essential. We require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for all workers, or that you are happy to apply for a new one before any work is secured.
Requirements
• Prior experience with SEN or SEMH children, either within a classroom setting or through personal experience
• A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
