Teacher of English- Work at an Outstanding' School with an inspirational and passionate Headteacher

Protocol Education are currently seeking an engaging and inspirational teacher of English to work at our client school based in Hillingdon. This is a long-term opportunity starting immediately running through to the end of the academic year. You will be delivering general English across KS3 and your specialism to KS4. You will be expected to carry out all duties of that of a permanent member of staff including marking, faculty meetings, parent meetings etc.

The school show a deep care for their students, utilising clear and convincing plans for improvement, whereby leadership teams and teachers are working together to help students reach their full potential. They are passionate about this and impressed Ofsted inspectors with their determination and concise planning.
They also work closely with a neighbouring school, sharing resources and observing each other's classes in order to reflect on quality and improve the practice of their teachers. They regularly meet to discuss and share ideas and progress.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
