My client is a small 40-place nursery, who value close relationships with parents and will provide all parents / carers of the setting with peace of mind that your child is receiving a high standard of care.
The forefront of their ethos is to ensure that they respond to the needs of each child individually, and can cater for all abilities.
The setting is proud of their excellent staff retention many of their early-years practitioners have been with them for five years or more and, together with the 'key worker' system, this helps to ensure a stable, reliable environment for every child's development as they progress through the nursery.
How could you miss this?

Qualified Practitioners must have:

Level 3 Qualification (NNEB, CACHE or NVQ)
Ideally Paediatric First Aid Training

Candidates must:

Understand the needs of under fives and work well with them; making sure children are provided with fun learning opportunities for both individuals and groups of children. This will also link with the candidate being a key person to a group of children.
Be Proactive in ensuring the safeguarding of children and promoting their welfare
Learn from experience and adapt working practices for the benefit of the children
Communicate effectively and sensitively at all levels, both orally and in writing
Foster and maintain good parent/child relationships, giving support to parents as required
Be able to work in a team with other professionals and students
Be flexible with working arrangements
Have good knowledge and understanding of safeguarding procedures

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
