My client is a small 40-place nursery, who value close relationships with parents and will provide all parents / carers of the setting with peace of mind that your child is receiving a high standard of care.
The forefront of their ethos is to ensure that they respond to the needs of each child individually, and can cater for all abilities.
The setting is proud of their excellent staff retention many of their early-years practitioners have been with them for five years or more and, together with the 'key worker' system, this helps to ensure a stable, reliable environment for every child's development as they progress through the nursery.
