Our client believes pupils need a specialised approach for their learning and development which requires personalisation for each pupil and are therefore looking for a committed, nurturing and friendly person to fulfil this role.

This SEN school is a vibrant environment with a positive attitude ensuring that every child can fulfil their potential, grow in confidence and be happy. You will be working alongside these young children, learning together developing yours and the child's skills, knowledge and attributes.

About the role:
-Daily rate between £60-£75
-Working hours of 8.30-16.00pm for 5 days a week.
-Long term contract till end of academic year.
-Be able to provide positive educational experiences for each pupil.
-Plenty of on-site parking and quick, easy transport links nearby.

Specific duties:
-Engaging with SEN pupils and helping them develop their skills.
-Planning and preparing engaging and interactive lessons.
-Reporting and evaluation individual student progression.
-Working alongside a wide range of SEN professionals, carers and social workers frequently.
-Good behaviour management of the classroom.

Requirements:
-Strong team player with relevant experience of working in a childcare/support working setting.
-Good knowledge of severe learning difficulties.
-Great team player.
-Ability to work both individually as well as part of a team.
-Flexible in a challenging scenery.
-Passionate about working in SEN and confidence in providing students to work at their full potential.
-Be able to provide a valid DBS or on the update system.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
