Secondary ASD Specialist LSA Needed In Enfield!

We are currently seeking individuals who are passionate and dedicated to caring and supporting children and adolescents with ASD Complex Needs.

If you have experience working with Autism and/or have autism specific training such as TEACCH, Makaton & PECS, your specialisms are valued and can be used to make a difference in the lives of the young people at our school in Enfield.

Our Client is a secondary provision supporting students from the ages of 11-19, you will be encouraged to support the students with developing and maintaining relationships in school and within their community, preparing for independent living and teaching skills for employment.

To help support the development of the students you will have access to therapies such as; music, Speech & Language, Occupational and Dance.

Classes are made up of 5-10 students per class with a Teacher and 3 LSAs. Students are put in classes based on their needs, with lessons being sensory based for some and academically based for others.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
