The school are looking to recruit a full time 1:1 Learning Support Assistant in one of their Reception Primary Schools with an immediate start. This will be for the whole academic year (until July). They are looking for somebody who is positive, caring and enthusiastic who can support a student on a 1:1 basis, as well as leading some small group work. The child you will be supporting 1:1 is a pupil in Reception.
They are looking for somebody who can:
• Work flexibly as a part of a team
• Build positive relationships and set boundaries to support learning
• Plan for differentiated work
• Show real enthusiasm in working with children and are interested in their development
