A special needs school based in the heart of Enfield is looking to appoint an experienced and SEND teacher to start As soon as Possible!

The ideal candidate will be an experienced special needs teacher who has worked with SEN Pupils. The school will be aged from 7-16. Ideally you will have worked across the primary/secondary the ideal candidate will have experience in phase planning and preparing within an SEN curriculum and understand how important it is to tailor education to specific needs.

The school is a very small alternative provision. Independent, fee-paying secondary. Will soon be able to cater up to 40, and in early stages of planning a primary unit. currently fluctuates between 6-12 students. As an all-through specialist provision for pupils aged 7-16 with social, emotional, mental health needs (SEMH), we provide personalised learning within safe, nurturing and stimulating environments. We seek to unlock the potential in every child.

We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
